u <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND ASPECT CONSULTING <br /> The City and Aspect Consulting agree to amend and modify their professional services <br /> agreement dated September 24, 2008 (the "Agreement") as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett and Aspect Consulting entered into an Agreement dated <br /> September 24, 2008 to provide a preliminary geotechnical study of the Riverside Property for the <br /> City of Everett; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and Aspect Consulting agree to amend and modify the <br /> previously amended Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 3 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance: This Agreement shall <br /> commence as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be completed <br /> by June 30, 2009 <br /> 2.
