Everett Station is <br /> owned by the City. Sound Transit is finalizing construction of its Phase 2 improvements at the Everett <br /> Station which include a new pedestrian over crossing of the BNSF Tracks linking the Everett Station Site <br /> with a new 400+ stall parking lot (Parking Lot C) located on Sound Transit property east of the tracks and <br /> south of Pacific Avenue. The proposed easement allows Sound Transit to operate and maintain the portion <br /> of Parking Lot C that is located on the City's Pacific Avenue right-of-way under the overpass. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute the Easement with Sound Transit for Parking under the Pacific Avenue <br /> Overpass East of the BNSF Railroad right-of-way. <br /> 64 <br />
