Neither Grantor nor any other holder of a non-exclusive <br /> easement, franchise or permit may erect or construct any building or structure, or other <br /> obstruction on said Easement Area without the prior written consent of the Grantee. <br /> The Grantee, its successors or assigns,will protect, save, indemnify and hold harmless the <br /> Grantor, its authorized agents and employees from all claims, actions, costs, damages, or <br /> expenses of any nature whatsoever by reason of the acts or omission of the Grantee, its agents, <br /> 65 <br />
