Proposal Deadline <br /> Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Everett, City Clerk, 1st Floor,2930 Wetmore Avenue, <br /> Everett,Washington 98201, on June 2,2009, for the provision of debt collection services. <br /> B. General Information <br /> The City of Everett is a first class charter municipal corporation. The City operates under an elected mayor <br /> and an elected seven-member City Council. The City's Finance Department is responsible for debt <br /> collection services,banking services,purchasing, accounts payable and accounts receivable, debt service, <br /> cash and investments, budget,records, and financial reporting. <br /> Proposers must comply with all applicable rules and regulations in the Revised Code of the State of <br /> Washington, the Everett Municipal Code, and Charter. The City intends to contract in May with the <br /> collection agency whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the City and begin receiving services as <br /> soon as practical <br /> C.
