New Task 23:As-Built Report Per EPWD request, ICF has included the as-built report documentation as per the November 2016 Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan submitted to the Corps for approval of the advance mitigation credits generated from the project.This task includes one field day(10 hours including travel)for two biologists to document and map the extent and nature of vegetation remaining on the site after construction,capture photo points as per the HMMP,coordinate a vendor to fly an aerial photo of the site post construction (—October 2018 conditions permitting)and write a summary report including aerial photo based graphics,for EWPD to submit to the Corps. Deliverables: • Draft As-Built Report to EPWD as WORD document, one round of compiled review and edits in track changes;final report as PDF to EPWD for submittal to the Corps Assumptions: 1. EPWD will contract separately for professional survey of the mitigation site boundaries and supply ICF with elevations from the construction contractor or EPWD-contracted survey, per the HMMP. 2. Extent and nature of site vegetation will be based on field notes and aerial photo;formal vegetation monitoring would not occur until Year 1 performance monitoring(not included in this SOW). Cost Estimate The total cost for the 12th Street design and permitting and DD5 tasks identified above is presented in the attached cost estimate(Exhibit B)and will be billed on a time and materials, not-to-exceed basis. ICF will track and report budget and billed hours by task, but will manage the project on a total budget basis. The cost estimate presumes approximately$37,497 of the total tasks(Task 17 including related final plan printing and delivery expenses)will be accomplished prior to March 31, 2017 when 2016 effective rates are modified to reflect 2017 rates;all other tasks would be accomplished under updated 2017 rates.Thus approximately 57%of the work would be in the'next year'and the 3% labor escalation is calculated based on this assumption. Schedule Based on our long working relationship with EPWD, ICF will continue to work to complete the 99%and final PS&E package while this amendment is being processed for approval. Schedule incorporates assumptions listed in tasks above and assumes signed amendment and Notice to Proceed no later than January 31,2017.
