City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Participate in monthly project management meetings with the Consultant Project <br /> Manager to discuss status of scope, schedule, budget, and other project issues as <br /> needed. These meetings will be conducted via telephone monthly, or as-needed to <br /> successfully manage the project. <br /> 2. Direct all requests for Subconsultant services through the Consultant Project Manager, <br /> who will oversee and coordinate the work of all team members and will monitor the <br /> project scope, schedule, and budget. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The project duration will be up to 16 months, assuming a contract execution date of <br /> March 1, 2017 and termination date of July 1, 2018. <br /> 2. The Consultant will retain Subconsultants, Kindred Hydro, Inc. (KHI) for hydrogeology <br /> services, Osborn Consultants, Inc. (OCI)for CAD drafting and engineering support, and <br /> Angela Seybold for word processing, if needed. <br /> 3. Refer to the assumptions regarding monitoring and allocation of the Not-to-Exceed <br /> budget in the Assumptions for Task 200 and Task 300. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Monthly invoices and progress reports, to be delivered electronically via e-mail. <br /> TASK 200: NPDES Technical Assistance <br /> Objective <br /> Provide NPDES technical support services as needed to help the City comply with the permit. <br /> Specific services to be performed will be agreed upon in writing with the City's Project Manager <br /> prior to commencing work in this task. <br /> Consultant Services <br /> 1. Conduct NPDES technical assistance as-needed, based on written direction to be <br /> provided by the City's Project Manager. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide direction to the Consultant on NPDES technical assistance services to be <br /> performed in this task. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. The Consultant and City Project Manager will review the requested services in this task <br /> and will agree on the budget amount before commencing work on any requested <br /> services.
