Change Order#1 was written in the amount of$1,058,380.19. <br /> Change Order#2 was written in the amount of$177,449.76. Change Order#3 was written in the amount of$72,985.21. <br /> Change Order#4 was written in the amount of$55,294.13. Change Order#5 was written for five work change directives <br /> resulting in a decrease in contract amount of($54,315.77). <br /> Change Order#6 is written to add 7 work change directives to the contract as directed by Public Works Project <br /> Manager. These work change directives involve field routing for chemical feed and sampling piping,construct cast- <br /> in-place concrete riser/vault walls,providing a special utility vault lid for electrical transformer vault,revising road <br /> grades and providing quarry spalls to line storm drainage ditches,extension of a cast-in-place concrete overflow wall, <br /> provide and install 2,500 cubic yards of top soil and install 50 linear feet of 6"PVC pipe and a drainage inlet.
