No nails, tacks, staples, scotch tape, duct tape or anything that penetrates the <br /> walls or floors should be used in Room 215. Masking tape or a reusable putty <br /> like Ross Tac 'n Stik or museum putty can be used for decorating purposes and <br /> must be removed from the surface at the end of each use. Under no <br /> circumstances may items be tacked to the soundproofing panels located around <br /> the perimeter of Room 215. <br /> 8. Routine inspections of Room 215 will be made to ensure that it is being used in <br /> accordance with this Agreement. WSTIP is requested to cooperate fully during <br /> these inspections. <br /> Reservation Cancellation <br /> 1. A refund of fees will be authorized only when WSTIP provides, in writing, notice <br /> to cancel a reservation.
