n•7 ' <br /> III. REIMBURSEMENT <br /> A. The Contractor must submit requests for reimbursement no later than ten (10) <br /> calendar days following the end of each calendar month. The request for <br /> reimbursement must be submitted on forms approved by the Division of Long Term <br /> Care & Aging. The County shall process correct and properly submitted billings for <br /> reimbursement after all supporting documentation is received. Billings received after <br /> the 10th calendar day of the month will be processed for reimbursement in the <br /> succeeding month. <br /> B. The monthly billing shall be based on program expenses and be accompanied by <br /> monthly expenditure reports showing line-item expenditures corresponding to the <br /> attached Approved Budget (Exhibit C or amended Exhibit C). <br /> IV. MATCHING RESOURCES <br /> The Contractor shall contribute at least the amount in matching resources specified in the <br /> Approved Budget Exhibit C or amended Exhibit C. The contribution provided by the <br /> Contractor shall comply with the provisions of (a) 45 CFR Part 74 (Uniform Administrative <br /> Requirements for Awards and Subawards to Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, <br /> Other Nonprofit Corporations, and Commercial Organizations), including but not limited to <br /> 45 CFR § 74.23 (Cost Sharing or Matching), or (b) 45 CFR Part 92 (Uniform <br /> Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State, Local, <br /> and Tribal Governments), including but not limited to 45 CFR § 92.24 (Matching or Cost <br /> Sharing), as applicable, which are incorporated by reference herein and kept on file at the <br /> Division of Long Term Care &Aging. <br /> V. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS <br /> The Contractor shall establish a training plan for all employees performing services under <br /> this Contract. The plan shall provide for orientation of new employees and ongoing in- <br /> service training for continuing\employees. The training must be provided by qualified <br /> persons and will include either formal training sessions or on-the-job training. The dates <br /> and topics of training received shall be documented in a central file or in the personnel <br /> files of all employees who have received the training. <br /> VI. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> A. The Contractor must establish written procedures to be followed in the event a client <br /> becomes ill or is injured while at the Contractor's office or if staff is at the client's <br /> home. The plan must be thoroughly explained to staff and volunteers. <br /> B. The Contractor will have a plan for serving currently authorized clients during periods <br /> when normal services may be disrupted. Disruption to normal services may include <br /> earthquakes, floods, snowstorms, and other natural disasters.
