Contract#FY 10-61020-005 <br /> A4 <br /> Attachment#2 <br /> Scope of Work <br /> WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: The GRANTEE shall conduct the following <br /> nomination,participation,and reporting activities: <br /> A. NATIONAL REGISTER NOMINATION ACTIVITIES <br /> 1. Consult with the DEPARTMENT regarding eligibility of the district. <br /> The district proposed for nomination must appear to meet the.National <br /> Register criteria. <br /> 2. Prepare one(1)complete and acceptable National Register of Historic <br /> Places form for the City of Everett's Hewitt Avenue Historic District. <br /> Conditions: <br /> a) An ACCEPTABLE NOMINATION is understood to mean a <br /> complete nomination form,accurately completed according to <br /> uniform guidelines in"Washington's National Register District <br /> Guide"published by the Washington State Department of <br /> Archaeology and Historic Preservation. <br /> b) A COMPLETE NOMINATION is understood to mean a fully <br /> completed and typed original National Register of Historic <br /> Places Registration Form(NPS Form 10-900) and the required <br /> accompanying documentation. All printed material shall be <br /> accompanied by a text file on computer disk in Word compatible <br /> software. <br /> c) REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION is understood to mean <br /> aa) registration form, <br /> bb) Assessor's or plat map(8 '/z"x 11"), <br /> cc) USGS Quad(8 'h"x 11"excerpt from the map with <br /> district boundaries outlined and corners numbered), <br /> dd) ID map showing individual identification numbers of <br /> resources, <br /> ee) map showing the location of contributing vs.non- <br /> contributing properties(8 1/2"x 11"format), <br /> ff) any additional exhibits in 8 1/2"x 11"format, <br /> gg) properly labeled chemically processed photographs(1 <br /> sets of B &W 5x7), or printed digital images with <br /> accompanied digital files meeting NPS standards. <br /> hh) color digital images of resources representative of the <br /> district,min.150dpi <br /> ii) a full size US Geological Survey Topographic Map, <br /> ii) and a copy of the nomination(in editable format) saved <br /> to a CD rom or e-mailed <br /> kk) a comprehensive list of properties within the district <br /> 58 <br />
