Contract#FY 10-61020-005: 1 4 <br /> 11) an overall community map,which shows the relationship <br /> of the district to the surrounding environment. <br /> mm) and a list of property owners' names and addresses if <br /> under 50 property owners(as per 36 CFR 60:6). <br /> ***See WA State District Guidebook for further instructions, <br /> details and requirements. <br /> d) UNACCEPTABLE OR INCOMPLETE NOMINATIONS:Any <br /> nomination submitted which is not considered acceptable or <br /> complete—which does not meet National Register editorial <br /> standards and/or does not contain the required level of <br /> documentation–will be returned to the GRANTEE for <br /> completion within the grant period. <br /> e) PROJECT PERSONNEL:The GRANTEE shall ensure that <br /> personnel directing the National Register district nomination <br /> activities meet the professional qualifications in 36 CFR 61, <br /> Appendix A. The personnel must be procured using a <br /> competitive process as outlined in the Historic Preservation Fund <br /> Grants Manual,October 1997. Before final selection,the <br /> GRANTEE shall afford the DEPARTMENT an opportunity to <br /> review and approve candidates for the project employee(s). <br /> fl DRAFT NOMINATION: The GRANTEE shall submit to the <br /> DEPARTMENT a copy of a draft National Register district <br /> nomination form. First draft materials shall be submitted to the <br /> DEPARTMENT no later than May 20,2010. A second <br /> submittal of draft materials shall be submitted no later than July <br /> 22,2010. Final product is due on Thursday,August 26,2010. <br /> If the DEPARTMENT has not responded within thirty days,the <br /> GRANTEE shall assume that the DEPARTMENT has no <br /> comment on the draft submittal. <br /> g) REIMBURSEMENT: The GRANTEE will only be reimbursed <br /> for preparing an acceptable National Register district nomination <br /> form submitted during the grant period. The National Register <br /> District Nomination must be heard at the next regularly <br /> scheduled meeting of the Advisory Council on Historic <br /> Preservation, in this case, October of 2010. <br /> h) DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: The DEPARTMENT <br /> shall provide the GRANTEE with the necessary guidelines and <br /> blank nomination forms. <br /> B. REPORTING ACTIVITIES: <br /> 1. GRANT ADMINIS[RATION: The GRANTEE shall establish and maintain <br /> contact with the DEPARTMENT throughout the grant period as to the status <br /> of all grant activities by preparing and submitting thefollowing reports to the <br /> DEPARTMENT at the times indicated: <br /> 59 <br />
