• <br /> 1 4 Contract#FY 10-61020-005 <br /> a) SUMMARY REPORTS: The GRANTEE shall preparethe following <br /> reports which summarize specific activities in the Scope of Work: <br /> (1) COMPLETION REPORT: At the conclusion of the <br /> grant activities,prepare a completion report detailing <br /> compliance with each aspect of the Scope of Work and <br /> all minimum products not already provided to the <br /> DEPARTMENT. Submit to the DEPARTMENT on or <br /> before the end of the grant period. <br /> c) DEPARTMENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES: The DEPARTMENT shall <br /> provide the GRANTEE with all the necessary forms,examples, or <br /> guidelines for preparing and submitting the reports. <br /> II. PRODUCTS: The GRANTEE shall at a minimum submit the following products to the <br /> DEPARTMENT: <br /> A. NATIONAL REGISTER DISTRICT NOMINATION <br /> One complete and acceptable National Register district nomination for the City <br /> of Everett's Hewitt Avenue Historic District. <br /> B.
