7 <br /> IPMC 106.1, IRC R105.1, EMC 8.22.030(A) and EMC 8.60.030 and are hereby ordered <br /> to: <br /> 1. The Respondents must abate all violations of IPIVIC 404.4.4, IPMC 404.4.5, IPMC <br /> 106.1, IRC R105.1, EMC 8.22.030(A) and EMC 8.60.030 on the property at 2301 <br /> California Street, Everett, Washington. <br /> 2. All abatement of the violations on said property must be completed by April 24, <br /> 2015, unless otherwise stated. The abatement shall include: <br /> a. The Respondents shall properly and legally license all vehicles on the property <br /> or cover the unlicensed vehicles with approvE:d car covers. <br /> b. The Respondents shall reduce the number of vehicles parked on the property to <br /> no more than four. <br /> c. The basement and attached accessory structure must no longer be used for <br /> living or sleeping purposes unless occupancy, is approved by the City of Everett <br /> Building Division. The Respondent shall have the electrical service to the <br /> attached accessory structure disconnected within seven days or by April 23, <br /> 2016. <br /> d. The Respondents shall apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required <br /> City permits and conduct and complete all of the required work to bring the <br /> electrical service connection of the residential structure on the property into <br /> compliance with the EMC within two weeks or by April 30, 2015. They shall <br /> then have the work inspected and approved by the City of Everett Building <br /> Division. <br /> e. The Respondents shall apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required <br /> permits to bring both structures on the property into compliance with the EMC. <br /> They shall conduct and complete all of the required work and have the work <br /> inspected and approved by the City of Everett Building Division within 180 days <br /> from the date of the hearing or by October 16, 2015. Any violations not listed <br /> in this Order are subject to standard enforcement processes and procedures. <br /> 3. The Respondents shall be fined for violations of IPMC 404.4.4, IPMC 404.4.5, IPMC <br /> 106.1, IRC R105.1, EMG 8.22.030(A) and EMC 8.60.030 for a total fine of <br /> $2000.00. $1000.00 of the total fine shall be suspended provided that the <br /> Respondents comply with items 2a-2e above by the dates indicated. If the <br /> Respondents fail to comply with items 2a-2e, the suspended portion of the fine shall 1 <br /> be due immediately. <br /> 4. The Respondents shall not violate any ordinance set forth in EMC §1.20.020 or any <br /> ordinance or regulation that identifies the enforcement procedure described in <br /> C�F, <br />
