Code references cited include the 2012 International Building Code (IBC), 2012 <br /> International Fire Code (IFC), and the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC). The <br /> current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and <br /> Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive.
