EXHIBIT B <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> ALTERNATE A [HOURLY RATE UP TO A MAXIMUM AMOUNT) <br /> The City shall pay Service Provider a sum equal to the amount of hours actually worked multiplied by the rate <br /> identified herein for the staff performing the Work,subject to the maximum stated in¶4(D)of this Agreement. <br /> A breakdown of the compensation is as follows: <br /> SCHEDULE OF CHARGES <br /> Hourly Rate <br /> Principal $200.00-$245.00 <br /> Principal Engineer/Principal Planner/Principal Surveyor $200.00-$240.00 <br /> Senior Engineer/Senior Planner/Senior Surveyor $175.00-$195.00 <br /> Project Engineer/Project Designer/Project Surveyor/Project Planner $135.00-$165.00 <br /> Design Engineer/Designer II/Design Technician/Survey Crew Chief/ <br /> Technical Writer II/Graphic Designer II $110.00-$130.00 <br /> Designer I/Planner/CAD Technician II $100.00-$115.00 <br /> Project Administrator $95.00-$110.00 <br /> Survey Crew(2 Person/RTK/Robotic/Scanning) $170.00 <br /> Survey Crew(3 Person/GPS) $260.00 <br /> Expert Witness/Forensic Engineering 1 5 times usual hourly rate(4 hour minimum) <br /> Individuals not in the regular employ of Reid Middleton may occasionally be engaged to meet specific project <br /> requirements. Charges for such personnel will be comparable to charges for regular Reid Middleton personnel. <br /> A premium may be charged if project requirements make overtime work necessary. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> For services described in Scope of Services,Reid Middleton shall be paid on a "time-plus-expense"basis that is <br /> not to exceed$27,300 without prior authorization. Structural fees are outlined as follows. <br /> Site Visit and Tier I Assessments $7,900.00 <br /> Concept Designs 5,300.00 <br /> Cost Estimates and Report 10,500.00 <br /> Presentation and Materials 3,600.00 <br /> SUBTOTAL $27,300.00 <br /> DESIGN CONTINGENCY FEE(IF REQUIRED) <br /> Additional Services that may be needed based upon any issues that surface during the engineering services as <br /> approved only in writing and signed by an authorized City representative. <br /> TOTAL CONTINGENCY FEE $5,000.00 <br /> TOTAL FEE $32,300.00 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
