SECURITY DEPOSIT A;ND RE:NTAL FEE RENTAL RATES: $450.00 Split Gate:Venue % Artist % (Monies to be disbursed within 7 days after event) If any Social Media Groups are used to sell tickets (Groupon, Living Social etc..)then those monies will be disbursed upon final payment from supplier. $1200.00(includes sound, lights, clean up)Venue Rent $175.00($20/hr overtime) Production Manager $120.00 Security(2) Lighting Technician:$75.00 Sound Technician:$250.00 .. .. •- Video Technician: $15.00 Per Hour Rigging and Backstage Assistance: $15 Per Hour Renter is required to use house sound technician to run sound for any event at a cost of$250.00 A production meeting will be done prior to event with house sound manager. (Basic Sound System Only) Renter will be charged an additional$250.00 to use the House Concert Sound System. Security Deposit: • A ;!!.!! - -- • - - - -• ' .. . .. . ' - -- • .•: - - - - - - - -your show to go on sale. • The reservation deposit will be retained if your reservation is canceled for any reason. The Security Deposit may be refunded either in full or part minus any expenses for damages, losses, cleaning expenses,extra rental time, moving and rearranging charges of owner's furniture& accessories, special contractor charges, unapproved building usage, extraordinary maintenance or repairs and security charges deemed necessary after inspection within ten days after the event. HET will provide detail of the charges against the Security Deposits and any charges in excess of the Security Deposit will be billed to User. Failure to make any attempts to pay additional costs will result in denial of future facility booking requests, attachment of any other security deposits already paid and possible litigation. • If for any reason, whether or not beyond the control of the owners, the hall is not available for your event;your sole remedy will be to have all rental fees and deposits refunded to you.
