All reservations for private functions are made upon and subject to the rules and regulations of The Historic Everett Theatre (HET) and are subject to the terms and conditions described herein. It shall be the sole responsibility of the User to completely inform their agents, employees,vendors/contractors and guests concerning their obligations under this Agreement. User may have access to house, lobby and restrooms. This document contains a "hold harmless agreement"that goes into effect immediately after it is signed by all parties. In addition to this signed document the user must provide proof of insurance. If the renter does not have insurance,they must pay Theatre$300 in addition to the$ security deposit. All production crew will be billed at$20 per hour after 8 hours. • Additional tech rehearsals, scouting meetings, or any other additional hours or days, not on the rental date,will be billed to your rent at$100 per hour for Theatre. • Any additional staffing needed,that is not on the day of show,will be billed at$25 per hour for each staff member. • Additional charges may apply for any professional videotaping. Ticketing: • The Historic Everett Theatre is to receive 10 comps for every event, above your capacity.
