Exhibit B <br /> City of Everett <br /> Water, Sewer and Surface Water Connection Charge Study <br /> Compensation <br /> Hourly Billing Rates <br /> The following hourly billing rates were used to establish the project fees for this study. <br /> Individual Project Role Hourly Rate <br /> Shawn Koorn Project Manager $250.00/hour <br /> Tom Gould QA/QC $290.00/hour <br /> Judy Dean Manager—Technical Analysis $180.00/hour <br /> Josiah Close Technical Analysis $115.00/hour <br /> Others Project Clerical Support $115.00/hour <br /> Should other HDR individuals be required for this project,they will be billed at their standard <br /> hourly billing rate. The above hourly billing rates will be in effect through December 31, 2017. <br /> HDR adjusts their hourly billing rates at the end of each calendar year and any work performed <br /> after December 31, 2017 shall be at the CY 2018 hourly billing rates. <br /> Project Fees <br /> Given the hourly billing rates and estimated labor hours by task,the total fees for the City's study <br /> could be developed.
