Any additional work outside of <br /> this scope of work will be provided on a time and materials basis. <br /> Project Time Schedule <br /> It is presumed that this study will start or commence in late January or early February. Given that <br /> start date it is estimated that approximately six months will be required to complete the analysis <br /> and written report. In part,this schedule is driven by the impervious surface data. The City <br /> desires to have the study completed no later than September 30, 2017.
