CITY OF EVERETT PUBLIC WORKS <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br /> G. The right is reserved by the City to postpone award for a period of forty-five (45) days after the <br /> bid opening. <br /> H. The Bidder shall comply with all Federal, State and local laws regarding equal employment <br /> opportunities. <br /> 1.3 BID SECURITY <br /> A. Bidder shall submit bid security with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount, in <br /> the form of a bid bond or certified check. <br /> 1.
