Davis-Bacon Wage Rates are available in Appendix A located at the end of these Special <br /> Provisions. <br /> B. This Contract is subject to the minimum wage requirements of RCW 39.12 and to RCW 48.28, <br /> as amended or supplemented. Workers shall receive no less than the prevailing rate of wage. <br /> Bidder shall use the Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates for Snohomish County, effective <br /> at the time of bid opening. Bidder is solely responsible to use the schedule in effect at the Bid <br /> Opening Date, determine the appropriate labor classification(s), and use the appropriate and <br /> correct prevailing wage and benefit rate(s). <br /> 1.
