Scope of Work <br /> Initial PST Archiving and Content Indexing (DV01) <br /> Sysorex USA Activities <br /> • During an onsite engagement, Sysorex staff will execute the following tasks in <br /> accordance with the design documentation: <br /> o Review of steps and considerations involved in the blocking, disassociation, <br /> archiving, ingestion, stubbing, and indexing of PSTs <br /> o Demonstrate PST archiving, ingestion, stubbing, and indexing for a sampling of <br /> users <br /> o Implement a second instance of Content Indexing Search Engine on the existing <br /> physical Content Indexing node for the purpose of indexing PST sourced emails <br /> o Implement file archiving as necessary <br /> o Lead eDiscovery knowledge transfer session(s): <br /> o Navigate the Compliance Search web interface <br /> o Conduct basic searches <br /> o Conduct advanced searches <br /> o Detail Review Sets and Legal Holds <br /> o Export data <br /> City of Everett Responsibilities <br /> • Identify a City of Everett Technical Lead to work with Sysorex USA Professional <br /> Services. Provide the appropriate City of Everett IT staff and/or contractors to assist with <br /> the above tasks. <br /> • Identify sample users to have their PSTs ingested. <br /> Acceptance Criteria <br /> • A Sampling of PSTs have been archived; ingested; stubbed <br /> • Stubbed messages are recall-able to users <br /> • Content Indexing for PST sourced messages is functioning <br /> SYSOREX 4 <br />
