Project Initiation <br /> Once a signed Statement of Work or purchase order is received, the project initiation phase <br /> begins. A prerequisites document will be delivered to the Customer that will aid in identifying all <br /> necessary pre-project activities. These items may include infrastructure prerequisites, such as <br /> power and cabling, software configuration or licensing, or other items necessary for the <br /> consultant to begin work. Sysorex will not schedule the work until such time as these items are <br /> completed by the Customer. If prerequisites are found to be incomplete after scheduling, will <br /> attempt to reschedule the work, but cannot guarantee timely resource availability. <br /> SYSOREX 6 <br />
