Project Closure <br /> Upon the completion of the project and/or a phase, City of Everett will receive a Project or <br /> Phase Sign-off form. Signature acknowledges receipt and finalization of all the stated <br /> deliverables at the agreed to acceptance levels. If City of Everett does not respond to the sign <br /> off document within 30 days, the project or phase will be considered complete and invoiced per <br /> outlined in the pricing section. If the project or phase is 90% complete, but completion is <br /> delayed by City of Everett more than 60 days, the project will be considered complete and <br /> invoiced accordingly. See Appendix B for sign-off sheet. <br /> This statement of work expires 60 days from the date of receipt. <br /> In lieu of submitting a formal Purchase Order, by signing and dating below, you may indicate <br /> you read and understood the deliverable contents of the document, your acceptance of this <br /> Quotation, and our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
