EXHIBIT E: STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> General Project Guidelines <br /> Trapeze Group will provide and install a MDT and IVR system for ParaTransit as specified in RFP 2009—034 set <br /> forth herein its entirety.The project methodology proposed by Trapeze Group in section 7 of their hid response <br /> dated August 11,2009 is acceptable to Everett Transit. <br /> Full feature functionality for ParaTransit MDT and IVR are set forth in RFP 2009—034. <br /> Paratransit Mobile Data Terminal will include: <br /> • Paratransit CAD\AVL—Track paratransit vehicles in real time. <br /> • In-Vehicle MDT—Provide manifest,mapping,and communication with dispatch. <br /> • Real time integration with Trapeze PASS <br /> Paratransit Interactive Voice Response will include: <br /> • Trips confirm,cancellation,advance notifications,and five minute calls. <br /> • Integration to Trapeze PASS <br /> • Integration to City of Everett phone system <br /> Trapeze Group's solution is outlined in their bid response to RFP 2009—034 dated August 11,2009: <br /> 8D. PARATRANSIT VEHICLE SYSTEM <br /> 8E. PARATRANSIT CAD SYSTEM <br /> 8F.PARATRANSIT IVR SOLUTION <br /> 8G.TRAPEZE COMMUNICATIONS <br /> City of Everett will work with Trapeze Group on Section 8I.Hardware and Infrastructure. <br /> Project Schedule <br /> We recognize the City of Everett's desire to have the system fully implemented with 120 days. As presented in our <br /> proposal,we are prepared to put together an aggressive schedule to implement the system as quickly as possible,but <br /> at the same time we want to ensure it is a realistic schedule that Trapeze and the City can meet. <br /> Based on our understanding of this project and best practices we have put together the attached implementation <br /> schedule for MDTs and IVR which will reduce overall resource and time requirements while realizing the valueof <br /> the system as quickly as possible. We would like to review this schedule with the City to ensure it will meet your <br /> needs and resource availability. Several factors will affect total project length including project start date,final <br /> technical requirements(based on findings in Design Review),resource availability and rollout approach. Also, <br /> please note that the City of Everett also plans to upgrade to the latest version of the Trapeze PASS system before <br /> implementation of the MDT/IVR system. This upgrade will be covered under our Customer Care program and will <br /> be managed separate from the MDT/1VR project. <br /> Please note that we will provide a detailed project plan following the Design Review. At this point,we will be in a <br /> better position to provide a more detailed schedule after further discussions and solution finalization with Everett. <br /> Integrated Transit Technology System <br /> The following Project Milestones will be performed during the Paratransit Mobile Data Terminals and Interactive <br /> Voice Response,in accordance with our standard project methodology in our proposal.
