o The Project Kickoff Phase will identify the roles and responsibilities of each party and project <br /> critical tasks are initiated. The documentation plan,project schedule,success criteria.and testing <br /> criteria will be developed. <br /> • Design <br /> o The Design involves on-site meetings to review Everett Transit's overall needs,functionality <br /> requirements,project timing,integration aspects,vehicle surveys and ensures Trapeze's systems <br /> will meet Paratransit's MDT and 1VR requirements set forth in RFP 2009-034 <br /> s Testing <br /> o Formal test plan(as per Documentation below)will be developed for each phase of the project <br /> including criteria for Final User Acceptance Test upon consultation with the City of Everett staff. <br /> • Training/Pilot Installation <br /> o Trapeze Group will provide training for System Administrators,Schedulers/Dispatchers,Drivers, <br /> and Maintenance.All training materials will be provided to Everett,including any available <br /> user/instructor guides,quick reference guides,PowerPoint presentations,handouts, <br /> evaluation/comment sheets,training videos,etc. <br /> o Pilot Installation will be on four paratransit vehicles.Two Chevrolet Champions,One El Dorado <br /> Workhorse,and One Eldorado cut-away Ford. <br /> • Acceptance Testing and System Acceptance <br /> o City of Everett staff will perform user acceptance tests on the system,prior to placing the system <br /> into operational use utilizing the Trapeze test scripts as outlined below,notwithstanding below. <br /> o System acceptance for the DCC-PRO and PASS-MON/MDC modules will be based on placing <br /> the system into operational and functional use for the first time the system and will be deemed <br /> accepted in accordance with the pilot fleet. <br /> o Licensee will be deemed to have accepted the individual Trapeze PASS-IVR Software <br /> components when the Licensee puts the individual Trapeze PASS-IVR Software components into <br /> operational and functional use. <br /> o Both parties agree that the Trapeze PASS-IVR Software product shall be accepted independently <br /> of the Trapeze PASS-MON/MDC Software,and Trapeze DCC-PRO products. <br /> 0 <br /> • Rollout <br /> o Trapeze will contract with our partner third-party for complete installation in the remaining <br /> vehicles. Trapeze will oversee the installations. <br /> • Contract Closure <br /> o Review of all documentation.
