In addition, several community organizations will develop school safety education materials and <br /> the Everett Police will provide speed-zone emphasis patrols during the school year. <br /> The funding source for this project is: <br /> Safe Routes to School—State Grant $415,000.00 <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled "Horizon Elementary School Walk <br /> Route Safety Improvements,"Fund 303, Program 087,to accumulate all costs for the improvement <br /> project. <br /> 93 <br />
