Under
Everett Transit's oversight, Community Transit will acquire right-of-way and complete design work and
build four more stations between 50th and Airport Road on Evergreen Way. Community Transit will be
reimbursed for actual project costs, which are not to exceed$2,062,000. The project is scheduled to be
completed by July 1, 2011.
RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement Regarding Construction of Swift BRT Stations in an
amount not to exceed$2,062,000.
15
