The amounts paid the contractor under this contract are as follows: Amount paid to-date is $982,911.73. The retainage amount withheld is $51,732.20. The remaining amount due is $22,267.92. With Council's approval,the Swift BRT Northern Terminal construction project will be accepted as complete,the final payment will be made and the retainage in the amount of$51,732.20 will be released. RECOMMENDATION: Accept the Swift BRT Northern Terminal construction project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Corstone Contractors, LLC allowing the final payment and the release of the retainage in the amount of$51,732.20. 5
