July 8, 2015 <br />The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br />ordinance as amended. <br />AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br />NAYS: None <br />EXCUSED: Gipson <br />Ordinance No. 3443-15 adopted. <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />AGREEMENT — CARGO TRAILER FOR METER PROGRAM <br />Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br />Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign rental agreement with Del's <br />Truck Rentals in the amount of $3,942.00, including Washington <br />State Sales Tax. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Gipson who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />REEMENT — EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL JUSTICE ASSISTANCE <br />GRANT PROGRAM <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br />Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents and <br />agreements with Snohomish County and the United States <br />Department of Justice regarding the Fiscal Year 2015 Edward Byrne <br />Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Gipson who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />210 <br />
