8. SUMMARY <br /> This project proposes to construct less thari 2.500 sf of new impervious surtaces including <br /> driveway and roof areas. As a result the net impervious surface area for this site will be <br /> increased as a resutt of this project with the remaining pervious surfaces being improved <br /> over the existing compacted soil conditions <br /> On-site stormv ater management techniques have bsen in�orporated into the design to <br /> mitigate for this land conversion.
