The following report summarizes our field <br />ob4ervations and provides preliminary conclusions and <br />recommendations. <br />SCOPE <br />The scope of our study was to investiqate the subsurface Roil and <br />ground water conditiona at the site with backhoe test pits and two <br />(2) twenty-four (24) foot test borinqs, review the information in <br />our files on the site and surroundinq area, and to prepare a <br />preliminary geotechnical report. Th1s report addresses the <br />subsurface soil a�nd ground water conditions, and provides <br />preliminary recommv:ndations for foundation desiqn parameters, <br />erosion control, slab-on-grade floors, and drainage for the project <br />as we now understand it. <br />PROJECT DEBCRZPTION <br />At the time of our visit, we were provided with a topoqraphic map <br />
