The site is <br />subdivided into two (2) lots for slnqle family residences, an9 is <br />( located just west of and adjacent to 103rd Place S.E.; west of the <br />intersection of 10]rd Place S.E. and 7th Ave. S.E. <br />IThe property is surrounded by single family residences to the eaet <br />and southeast, while to the south and southwest are undeveloped <br />Ilots. The site is relatively flat and is bounded on the north by <br />a low-lyinq wetland while to the west the property is bounded by <br />Igentle, east facinq slopes and a shallow depression along the <br />
