Prior to final approval, the applicant must regrade the <br />� sloped area at the southern edge of the wetland to a <br />maximum grade of 3:1. This area must be revegetated with <br />native plant material, with individual species to be <br />approved by the Planning Department. A construction <br />management plan containing provisions for all grading and <br />excavation, erosion control, culvert installation, <br />wetland protection and revegetation muet be submitted and <br />approved by the Planning Department prior to conmencement <br />of construction on the site. <br />Construction activity on the adjacent property to the <br />north will require right-of-entry approval from the <br />property owner. Coordination on this matter will be <br />provided by the Planning Department.
