4. Application document3 for final approval must include a <br />current short subdivision certificate and notarized legal <br />description. <br />� 5. A list of acceptable wetland buffer plentings is <br />available from the Planning Department for reference. <br />Please contact David Tyler or Dennis Beich at 259-8731. <br />FINAL APPROVAL OF THIS SHORT SUBDIVISION shall be qiven <br />subject to the satisfactory completion of the above specified <br />requirements and improvements, one (1) year for a short <br />subdivision where there are no public improvementa, three (3) <br />years where public improvements are required. NOTE: THERE ARE <br />NO TIME EXTENSIONS FOR SHORT SUBDIVISIONS <br />AppSAL3 TO HEARING SXAMINER FOR SHORT SUBDIVISION: <br />All appeals of decieion relatinq to short subdivision shall be <br />made to the Hearing Examiner. Such appeals must be m9de in <br />writing and filed with the office of the Hearing Examiner <br />within ten (l0) working days for the date on which the <br />preliminary decision was rendered. <br />The written appeal shall include a detailed explanation <br />stating the reason for the appeal. The decision of the <br />Hearing Examiner shall be the final action unless eppealed to <br />City Council. <br />Standinq to appeal is limited to the following: 1) the <br />applicant or owner of the property on which the short <br />subdiv.ision is proposed; 2) any property owner who deems <br />himsolf aggrieved and will thereby suffer a direct and <br />substantial impact from the proposed ahort subdivision.
