9. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br />suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />10. A Perfcrmance Guarantee is required for street improvements on 105'" Street SE prior to any <br />building oermit being issued. <br />11. A one year warranry is required on the public improvements for an amount not less than 10% of <br />the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date of final epproval/issuance of the <br />first Occupancy Permit. <br />12. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted per <br />Ciry Design and Construction Standards and Specifications. <br />13. Treatment of storm water runoff from paved areas must occur, per City standards, p-ior to <br />discharge of the storm water from the site or to a stream or wetland. Storm water treatment is <br />currently required when 5,000 square feet of pavement is created by a project. Because the site is <br />located within the Silver I.ake drainage basin, a wetpond in series with a vegetated swale will be <br />required to provide storm water treatment. When a vegetated swale is provided for treatment of <br />storm water, a minimum of 10 fcet of essentially Flat ground must be provided between the swale <br />and any adjacent buildings. <br />14. Detention of stormwater runoff is required in accordance with city standards. <br />15. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of these <br />plans. <br />16. The existing septic tank must be remo��ed or cleaned and filled per Snohomish Health District <br />Requirements. <br />17. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett i1-tunicipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes shall be <br />identifed by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and vertical <br />signs stating "NO YARKING - k�IRE LANE - TOW AWAY ZONE." Location shall be approved <br />by the Fire Marshal. <br />18. Premise Identification - I'remises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street <br />entry. ui �ngs s a be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. <br />Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly identified from the <br />access road. <br />19.
