� <br />ADDENDUM <br />MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA #98-071 <br />DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The oroposed action is the construction o( a new finished <br />water pump station, yard piping, and construction of an intertie with an existing tunnel. <br />ADDENDUM: The project has been revised from the previous SEPA approval, aliowing an <br />approximately 1,800 square foot addition to the water fillration plant operations building. i he additlon <br />will be encl�sing four existing bulk storage tanks, and associated piping, pumps, electrical, and sensor <br />equipment. The steel building constructed over the tanks and equipment will provide seismic <br />improvements and protectlon from the weather. The new siructure will be located adjacent to ihe <br />operations building and the waler filtration facility. Development of the site will occur as shown on the <br />approved site plan received on Jvne 10, 2004.
