Contact the Planning Department for information regarding appeals processed (or ihe <br /> requirements listed in this dacument. <br /> 1 A Public Works Pennil is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with the <br /> City Desiyn and Conslruction Standards shall be submilted to the Public V`Jorks <br /> Department, showing the site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, <br /> temporary construction erosion conirol, and all required improvements in the public right-of- <br /> �vay. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits <br /> being issued All improvemenis �hall be completed, approved and war��anted before the <br /> Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is issu^d. <br /> Z Full standard half streel�mprovements are required to 112"' Sireet SE n�ar frontage <br /> alignment, including bul not limited to curb, gutter, side�valks, street widening, drainage <br /> control and modifir.ation to trafiic signal, per City Design Stardards. <br /> 3. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standar�s and <br /> Specifications. <br /> 4 Any grad�ngl(ill on this sile shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties <br /> 5 This project must comply with the current City of Lverett (3ui�ding Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 6. Special charoes for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance�tiith <br /> Ordinance 1'J98-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on <br /> projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicanl is encouraged to obtain a copy oi <br /> the Ordina�ice and determine estiinated charges prior to building permit applicant.
