FINAL <br />MITIGATED <br />DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIF!CANCE <br />SEPA #61-96 <br />Silver Lake Superpumper <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed project is the construction of a <br />convenience store approximately 2,600 square feet with a car wash approximately <br />1,800 square feet, a drive thru, and two 20,000 gallon underground fuel tanks. The listed requirements are <br />placed in response to our review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION <br />1. A Notice of Construction mist be obtained from the Puget Sound Air Pollution <br />Control Agency for the installation of underground fuel tanks. <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />2. The fee per the Traffic Mitigation Ordinance is $8,917.00, which must be paid <br />prior to issuance of building permits. The 112th Street SE bus slop must be <br />relocated to the east of the driveway on 112th Street SE. (SEPA Transportation <br />Policies) <br />
