A Notice of Construction mist be obtained from the Puget Sound Air Pollution <br />Control Agency for the installation of underground fuel tanks. <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />2. The fee per the Traffic Mitigation Ordinance is $8,917.00, which must be paid <br />prior to issuance of building permits. The 112th Street SE bus slop must be <br />relocated to the east of the driveway on 112th Street SE. (SEPA Transportation <br />Policies) <br />
