The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. An En:,ironmental Imract Statement is <br />not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This detenmriation assumes compliance <br />with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This <br />decision was made after review of a completed onvironmental checklist and other <br />information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on <br />request. This Mitigated Determination of Non -Significance is specifically conditioned <br />on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by reference <br />as if fully set forth herein. <br />This MDNS is issued under 197-11-340(2). You should be <br />prepared to make specific factual objections.
