Finding: <br />The applicant owne a parcel of property which ie loca[ed at 1814 <br />- 112th St. S.E. The applican['e property cons:ete of a 16,800 <br />eq. ft. lot which is zoned B-1. The B-1 zone sllowe neighborhood <br />commercSal uetes which are to primerily eerve [he ceeiden[e of <br />surrounding neighborhood. Signing in the B-1 zone perml[s 30 eq. <br />ft. on building and e pole sign 30 eq. f[. for multiple tenant <br />complex. This uee exceeds tha[ reqiiirement.
