In 1980, the Snohomish Health District's Soard of Health established <br />a plan review charge for :evieeu of all layout plans and specifica- <br />tions. The fee schedule is $26.50 per hour to a m:�ximum of <br />$300.00 (1983 revised fee schedule). Your total r.eview time is <br />eight (8) hours.
