The curb tyne concrete block walk-in cooler with the wains- <br />cot quarry tile finish may be nonrabsorUent but it is not <br />too easily cl�aned (equinment item 56 of sheet EQ-1 and <br />drawings of sheet A-10). Instead of the quarry tile finish, <br />there are some materials that form seamless and sanitary <br />finishes. These materials are chemically and abrasion <br />resi.�tant yet the cost may he less than tile. Indicating thermometers are required for all refrigeration <br />equipment.
