� 10. Fire Alarm System - An approved automatic fire detection system �hall be provided as required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. Plans for such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior to installation. �ubmitlal shall include cut sheets o( all equipment intended for use. Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department ins�ector, shall be performed, along with a certificate of complelion, prior to final acceptance of the systsm. Fire alarm syslams shall be installod according to NFPA Standard 72. Fire alarm systems shall be installed under permit of the City of Everett Buflding Department. Demolition of buiidings shall be in compliance with lhe provisions of Uniform Fire Code, Section 8706'Firesafety during Demolition.' 12. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor buming. Therefore, outdoor uurning for the purpose of disposing of construction debris or nibbish will not be permitted. This is an administrative decision that is appealable to ihe City's Land Use Hearing Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date oF this notice.
