Fire Alarm System - An approved automatic fire detection system �hall be provided as <br />required by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett Municipal Code. <br />Plans for such system shall be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approval prior <br />to installation. �ubmitlal shall include cut sheets o( all equipment intended for use. <br />Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department ins�ector, shall be performed, along <br />with a certificate of complelion, prior to final acceptance of the systsm. <br />Fire alarm syslams shall be installod according to NFPA Standard 72. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be installed under permit of the City of Everett Buflding <br />Department. Electrical inspections and approval are required prior to calNng for acceptance <br />tests. Call (425) 257-8810 for permit infortnation. <br />11. Demolition of buiidings shall be in compliance with lhe provisions of Uniform Fire Code, <br />Section 8706'Firesafety during Demolition.' <br />12. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor buming. Therefore, outdoor uurning for the purpose of <br />disposing of construction debris or nibbish will not be permitted. <br />This is an administrative decision that is appealable to ihe City's Land Use Hearing Examiner. An <br />appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date oF this notice.
