� <br />SPU SPECIFIC EVALUATION CRITERIA: <br />Subsection 41.150.D.2.c. of the Zoning Code - Special Property Use Permits - cortains spacific <br />evaluation criteria for Church fac:ilities. Many of these criteria are (ntended to address n�w church <br />construction and do not apply to this application. <br />DECISION: The proposal is approved as submitted subject to compliance with the following <br />conditions <br />1. A City of Everett building permit is required for this proposal. <br />2. The building must comply with the State Building Code and City of Everett Sprinkler <br />Ordinance. <br />3. Fire Suppression (Sprinkler) System - An approved automatic suppression system shall be <br />p�'Qvided as reqwred by City Ordinance No. 1902-92, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett <br />MurliGi�al Code. <br />Plans fo �y such system shall be submitte� to the Building Department and the Everett <br />Fire Depar ent for examination and approval. Such plans shall include plans for the <br />underground ins that will supply the sprinkler system. <br />Ab�veground sprin er piping shall be hydrostalically tested as established In NFPA <br />Standard 13. Underg und piping shall be hydrostatically tested and flushed as established <br />in NFPA Standard 24 fo rivate fire mains. All such tests shall be wilnessed by a Fire <br />Department inspector. The Building department recommends that the applicant meet with a city plan reviewer prior <br />to submitting plans to discuss code requirements. <br />5. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan revfewed. <br />6. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes shall <br />be identi(ied by red curbs with white stenciling statlng "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and <br />vertical signs stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - TOW AWAY ZONE." Location shall be <br />approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />7. Premise Identification - Premises shal� be clearly identified by the correct address at the <br />street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the <br />access road. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and <br />legibly identifiad from lhe access road. <br />8. Fire Hydrants - Locations as shown on the site plan are acceptable. <br />9. Fire Flow - Fire flow requirements for this structure are 1,500 gpm. <br />4� <br />
