Alternately, a <br />wetpond may be provided. The facilities must meet City <br />standards. <br />Per condition Nlo, development of the site must not <br />adversely affect the hydrology of the site's wetland. The <br />W w quantity and rate of water entering the wetland must be <br />4,I determined for current conditions. Under developed <br />Nre , conditions a similar rate and quantity of roof drainage or <br />f ev'r ,.,t treated runoff must continue to be discharged to the <br />ntan n� wetland. Prior to application for building permits and plan <br />I' J review by the Public Works Department, a characterization of <br />✓/ the hydrology of the wetlands) on or adjacent to this <br />project that may be affected by the development of this site <br />must be submitted to and approved by the Planning <br />Department. <br />CALCULATIONS <br />Detention: <br />The detention system must meet both city standards and <br />Department of Fisheries standards. The City uses a 10 year- <br />25 year criteria in the Swamp Creek drainage basin. <br />�- Therefore, the secondary orifice should be sized so that the <br />combined release from it and the primary orifice does not <br />exceed the rate from the 10 year predeveloped storm for the <br />25 year developed storm.
