INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: The following informaticn is provided for lhe developer's benefit. These are not SEPA condilions but are associated wilh other laws or requiremenis. All requirements are preliminary in nature, and are based upon the preliminary site plan and ihe ordinances in effect at lime of submittal for SEPA review. The proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete building permit application is filed, including those not specifically set forth herein. Fire Depariment access roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in wid�h ot unobstructed, all-season rlriving surface with a minimum dear height o( 13'6". Fire Lanes will be posted and maintained as required by the Fire Department. The site plan does not indicate compliance. Install an NFPA 13 sprink/er system. 2 A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every structure. Location of ihe hydrant(s) shall be approved by the Fire Marshal 3. Fire Flow - Fire flow requirements tor ihis structure are 1,500 gpm. 4. Portable Fire Protection - A portable fira extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 feet of iravel on all (loois o( aach building during consiruction and prior to occupancy. 5. Fire Alarm Svstem - An approved automatic fire detection system shall be provided as required by C�ty Ordin�nce Na 1902-92, Chapter 1676, of lhe Everett Municipal Code. Plans for such system shall be submitted tc the Fire Marshal for review and approvai prior tc installation. Submittal shall i::clude cut sheets o( all equipment inlended for use. Appropriate trip tesis, �vitnessed by a Fire Department inspector, shall be performed, along with a certiticate of comple6on, prior to final acceptance of the system. Fi�e alarm systems shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. Installation of fire alarm components, including basic w�ring, may not commence be(ore plans are approved by the fire Depariment Plan Reviewer. Fire alarm drawings must be protessionally rendered, in sufficient detail, and must be internally consistent. Riser diagrams must match installation plans and load calculations. Components must be listed and approved for use togethec Changes to plans must �nclude new drawings and calculations and musl be approved by the Fire Department Plan Reviewer prior to instaCation. Fire alarm installation is subject to fleld inspection by a Fire Department Inspector. An approved set of plans and the Building Department electrical permit rnust be present for any installation inspection. F�re alarm systems shall be installed under permit of the City o( Everett Building Dep2rtment. Electrical inspections and approval are required prior to calling'or acceptance tests.
