Adjacent zoninq to the east and <br />west ia Community Busineas. Property to the south is zoned General <br />Commercial. Property acroas 112th St. SW ie within the city limits of <br />Everatt. <br />..� <br />Buildings <br />Tha existing r.esidence will be remodelled to office space.
