INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br />The following information is provided for the developer's <br />benefit. All comments are preliminary in nature, and are <br />based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in <br />effect at time of submittal foz SEPA review. The proposal <br />must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a <br />complete buildinq permit application is filed, including <br />those not specifically set forth herein. (Exception: For <br />vesting under the Zoninq Code, please refer to Section 44 of <br />the Zoninq Code). Contact the Planninq Department for <br />information reqardinq appeals processes for the requtreaents <br />listed in this document. <br />1. Detailed drawings in accor.dance wit•h City Design and <br />Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public <br />works Department showinq site parkinq layout, <br />landacapinq, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br />conatruction �rosion control, and all required <br />improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawinqa is required prior <br />to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br />completed, approved, end warranted before an occupancy <br />permite is issued. <br />2. Water and sewer service for this project will initially <br />be provided by tho Mukilteo Water District. <br />Construction plans will need to be approved by both the <br />District and the City of Everett. <br />3. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debria at <br />all times durinq the conetruction. Duet suppression <br />and street cleaninq must occur as directed by the <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />4. Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the <br />site and piaced within the City Limits. <br />5. Performance guarantees are required for street <br />improvements to 112th Street SW and Paine Field Way. <br />6.
