The scope of worl: for this proJect was contained in our proposal to you dated February 10, 1994. �Ye proceeded with our study based on you written authorization dated February 18, 1994. The study was completed in substantial complian�e with our proposed scope of work At your request, we provided drak foundation desig�� recommendations to you in a letter dated, March 17, 1994. In general, the project can be constructed as proposed. We did not discover any sign�cant environmental issuea relating to the proposed construction. Subsurface soil conditions indicate that conventional construction practices can be used throughout the project. The report text will fint discuss the general site conditions and proposed project development plans, followed by the results of the Level I Environmental Assessment (EA), and lastly the results of the geotechnical investigation. 1. PROJECT AND SITE DESCRIPTION The project site is located on the north side of tF�e irtersection of Paine Field Way and 112th S.W. in EvereH, Washington (Figure 1).
